What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made once the job has been completed via Stripe or Cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
Does your work come with any guarantee?
Yes all our work is backed by a 14 day guarantee.
Do you charge to visit my home or business and inspect my PC?
No we don't charge a callout fee and a flat rate quote is provided free of charge. This way there are no suprises. You only pay a fixed amount upon completion of the job.
What happens if you can't fix my issue?
To be honest this has never occured to date. However if it did ever happen rest assured you would not be charged a cent.
How long do repairs take?
Every job is different, however most jobs are completed within 1 hour.
What are your trading hours?
We trade 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
